Mr. McInnis is a professional engineer with over 45 years of experience in mineral exploration in North America and abroad with a demonstrated track record in acquiring and developing high quality mineral projects. He has extensive experience managing junior mining companies, most recently at True Gold Mining (formerly Riverstone Resources Inc.) until its acquisition by Endeavour Mining in 2016. He has been a director of Abacus since July 2002 and as its Chairman, President & CEO since February 2014. He is also currently a director of Victoria Gold Corp. and Canasil Resources Inc.
Paul Anderson is a professional geologist with 30+ years of domestic and international mineral exploration experience. He has worked for both major and junior companies, mainly from his own consultancy. He has been involved in numerous technical programs for copper, VMS and gold, including PEA and feasibility studies. He has conducted extensive M&A evaluations for a number of companies, and is experienced in capital funding and market strategies for junior companies. From 2006 to 2013 he managed Riverstone Resources with Michael McInnis, which discovered and developed the +5.0 Moz Karma gold deposit in Burkina Faso, prior to its merger with the company that became True Gold; this in turn was acquired by Endeavour Mining as the Karma mine was entering production.
Jeannine Webb, CPA (CGA), has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for various private, junior "small cap" domestic and international public companies. She currently serves as CFO and Corporate Secretary for several public companies.
