Shareholders approve adoption of the Shareholder Rights Plan at the annual meeting held on June 20, 2013.

Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation (TSXV: AME) ("Abacus" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company recently approved the adoption of the Shareholder Rights Plan which has replaced the previous shareholder rights plan that was due to expire on June 20th.
