Abacus announces termination of discussions for the acquisition of Burnstone Ventures

Abacus Mining & Exploration Corporation ("Abacus" or the "Company") (TSXV:AME) announces that the discussions regarding its proposed acquisition of Burnstone Ventures Inc. (TSXV:BVE) have been terminated.

Despite extensive discussions to-date, the parties have been unable to reach agreement on suitable terms for a transaction in a definitive arrangement agreement, as contemplated by the previously executed letter agreement; and accordingly, further discussions have been terminated.
